We are planning two Fall Cleanup events this year to ensure everyone has an opportunity to earn back up to 50% of their work bonds.  Below are the dates/times and activities planned for each day.  We are seeking 50 volunteers to help, but no one will be turned away. Please sign up via this SignUpGenius form so we can plan for the day.

Our rally point (and the sign-in sheet) will be the Baseball Snack Shack at Major Field.

November 15th, 9am – 11am:

  • Remove batting cage nets
  • Take down & store sponsor banners
  • Prepare Snack Shacks for the winter
  • Clean out garages
  • Evaluate and repair/dispose of damaged equipment (rakes, hoses, etc.)
  • Repair or dispose of damaged field rakes
  • Gather bulky items for disposal
  • Tools needed on this day:
    • Ladders
    • Cleaning supplies

December 13th, 9am – 11am:

  • Blow and gather leaves.
  • Place leaf piles along Sawmill Road
  • Blow out the gutters on top of the baseball shack
  • Place tarps where needed on the fields
  • Turn off sprinkler controllers & water
  • Tools needed on this day:
    • Leaf blowers
    • Rakes
    • Tarps
