MSBL is organizing a Work Party this Saturday, September 27th at 9:00am. Our rally point will be the Baseball Snack Shack at Major Field.  Sign up here so we can get a headcount.

Please bring blowers, weed whackers, shovels, spades, and shears for cutting down larger weeds/brush.

Tasks will include:

  • Weed whacking around all fields
  • Digging up grass in the infields
  • Edging with a spade and clearing grass/weeds by the backstops
  • Cleaning up dugouts and bleacher areas
  • Clearing both batting cages and the softball bullpen

Children that need volunteer hours (like our 8th graders) are welcome to help and MSBL will sign off on their hours worked. This event also offers a 25% refund on the work bond.
